V5-571PG plugged in not charging

Hi

My ACER V5-571PG upgraded to windows-10, Now the battery is not charging when system is on and says plugged in but not charging,  but charges, when you update the bios through the update.bat  as below,  i am getting an error window massage as boxed below,  but , then on the batter starts charging 

 

Please update to the same type of BIOS (v2.x)

ERROR 235 - OEM check failed from BIOS service!

 

But the above exicise needs to be done each time, when you boot the system, otherwise, it is not charging and also after the above update, when you opt to shut down, the system will re-boot automatically instead of shutting down.

 

kinldy let me know what should I do?

This model is not on the Windows 10 eligible list of models so that may have something to do with the battery charging issue once you installed Windows 10. We would recommend you restore the system back to factory configurations using the back up you created via eRecovery. Once the system is restored, if the battery charges normally then you will know this was software related and not a hardware issue.
