Acer Misleading compatibility

Im disgusted and annoyed & what makes that worse is the patronistic behaviour of lvl 1 help desk support staff....

I spent good money on an i7 Z5801 and as July 29th 2015 approached I was so excited to be having a new build of Windows 10.

Im a programmer of accounting software and many other industry based platforms so i know pc's inside out and backwards from the backend right through to POS in the front end so my choice when upgrading a couple of years ago from a HP was naturally the so called wiss bang Z5801 with a core processor i7.  How wrong could I have been;

both with the product and the company as a whole.

I know with 100% assurity that as the win10 launch date approached I ran a compatibility report numourous times again both with Microsoft and visited Acer site often and YES THE Z5801 was included in the FREE UPGRADE

Now my machine is just about a write off, I cant begin to tell you how much grief Acer has brought to my life, its been the worst experience I could of imagined, bullet point issues ive had since spending $4800

* Home visit within weeks of purchase to fix blu-ray player that was grabbing disks and wouldnt re-open

    Acer wasnt happy about their 'in-home tech support and coming to Adelaide, so they took approx 6 weeks to get here - then the tech scratched my brand new screen AND after a couple of months i decided to watch a blu-ray!!! it wouldnt play.... of course not, how can it play with a dvd installed!!! and Acer were less than forth coming about the part number the tech had installed, so the blu-ray has always been useless.

* Contacting Acer has always been a nightmare;  The customer support and help desk tech support are as stated above less than forthcoming with actually help and do NOT follow through with any requests for help, service, call backs or email returns. 'They', the staff at Acer do NOT log calls, often leaving out critical information so as to NOT leave a footprint of what an initial issue was and when, I've tested this numerous times with NO evidence of my calls when I told the service provider I would be also taping the call I was hung up on.

NOW

Today's main issue

I DID compatible reports both with ACER and MICROSOFT prior to the launch of Windows 10 and BOTH sides including the initial list from ACER included the Z5801 i7 as compatible, now today they not only are reniging on this they are totally denying it was ever compatible.  NOT COOL

I'm going to make it a priority to search and find the archive web link to Acers first compatible list and any tiny thread on my pc that pertains to ACER's lie regarding compatibility because I can live without a blu-ray player Ive never been a fan of tv or the movies but my 19 domains and my business cant live without a functioning computer and I can't function without superior products that are backed up with trustworthy, knowledgable support which you wont find visiting this supplier.

Acer, when I find even the smallest thread regarding the first compatibility lie approx April - July 2015 in archive weblinks or on my pc I will EXPECT a full refund of my initital purchase because this Z5801 i7 $4800 all in one is now nothing more than freakin expensive notepad that by the way Microsoft tell me is about to completely fail and die.
