Bonjour, je suis belge, j'ai acheté plusieurs ordi ACER, j'ai entré un mot de passe et il ne veut plus le reconnaitre, je ne sais plus me servir du nouveau appareil ! Je ne trouve pas l'option qui propose sur votre site de réinitialiser mon mot de passe, je suis bien embétée. Quelqu'un parle français ?
