    Hi Henock,

I hope you are good today!

I had the same problem when I upgraded my E1-571 to Windows 10 from Windows 7. The only solution to this problem is by re-installing ALL the drivers, you can find the drivers on Acer's website or you can install them from the Driver's disk. You get a disk included in the box when you buy an Acer laptop/device. If you haven't received it, you can head to one of closest Acer's shop or you can download the Drivers online. I hope this helps you. Reply back if the problem has been fixed, or you're still facing the same problem. Until then, Take care!

You can try win8/8.1 drivers as well, you can get the drivers from Acer support site:http://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/drivers
