Acer Iconia One B3-A20 disconnects WLAN while streaming music

just bought an Acer Iconia One B3-A20.

 

Problem:

 

Streaming apps like "ALDI Life Music" and "Spotify" are disconnected from WLAN after about 20-30 Minutes when the screen is turned off. This forces the apps to switch into "offline mode" and to stop music if the music has not been downloaded before. When I turn the screen on again, then WLAN connection is reestablished and I can listen to the music again.

 

"Settings / Wi-Fi / Advanced / Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" is set to "Always"

 

Question:

 

How can I force the tablet to keep the WLAN connection alive? Is "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" broken?
