I bought an Acer V3-571G 5 weeks ago and I discovered a problem with the keyboard so I delivered to your authorised Acer repair center in Egypt "redington company" and since then My computer wasn't repaired and they claim the they haven't receive the spare part " Keyboard from Acer" My case Id is ***** . Is that possible for a brand new computer to wait more than one month . could you give me a logic reason for the delay? Regards Ahmed

    We would have no way of knowing what the cause of the wait would be.
