I have 3 Acer S3s all 3 have been sent back for repair for the same issues. 2 have to be sent back

Now that all my s3s are out of warranty I would like to know what Acer will do for me. These S3s should have been recalled. Costco pulled them from their shelves a long time ago because every one had to return them. What will Acer do?

    Is there a Consumer Protection Act within your country? In south Africa, if the machine is faulty within 6 months from date of purchase, the supplier can choose to repair, refund or exchange the product. If it fails thereafter within 3 months from the first repair, the supplier has no choice, but to refund the client in full, credit or exchange the product.

     

    I am just giving you a lead...look for something like this. somewhere somehow, the suppliers/vendors must be governed by someone within your country.
