Hello i have sent the same message to predator global and didn't get any answer so if it's possible somone to know the answers i will be gratefull!!

Hello i want for a while to buy an acer predator x34 and I don't know which one to order on the shop i have to models of x34 the one with part number UM.CX1EE.006 and another with UM.CX0EE.A01. I can't see any difference between them neither the price which is the same. So i want to know if there is any difference between them.

Also adding to these is the newly x34p which introduced recently to computex and it will be on store shelfs by the end of the year with standard 100hz panel and more curved screen!

So my deal is to wait ? Or buy one of the current screens i am writting above?

The curve is nice, it stops you seeing "sunken" pixels around the sides of the monitor due to the bezel-less design and I imagine a stronger curve would help this even more, although on my standard X34 this is never noticeable anyway unless you purposefully sit really close and stare at the edges of the screen.  The only other difference is the OSD which is nice to see that they took feedback of the most hated thing from X34 owners haha.... however, once I've set up my monitor I never touch the OSD again, in fact I haven't been near it for 9 months now, so this is a bit of a pointless thing to me but nice to have at least.  I'd have been more impressed if they put better speakers in the monitor instead because those things are seriously pointless and very bad sound quality which comes out the back of the monitor (?) and bounces off the wall behind so sounds awful.

The X34a is simply the same as the original X34 but from a newer manufacturing date (2016) I believe.  Even the "old" X34 model will be sold now with any updated firmware etc. and have the same warranty offering so there really is no difference.

If you are really that turned on by the prospect of having a bigger curve and a slightly easier to use OSD, then wait for the p, otherwise go for the X34 or X34a whatever you can get hold of Smiley Happy  They are great monitors and don't worry about overclocking it to 100hz, you won't have any issues with it as long as you use a good quality DP cable and a modern GPU.

I have seen many question unanswered. May i know if this is a normal feedback from Acer? I have not bought any acer product before but currently looking for x34, but x34p caught my attention. While trying to find out more about the spec and release date, it seems that acer didn't bother to answer.
I doubt if I ever bought acer product and later acer do not bother to answer my support question.. any input regarding the support reply responsiveness?
