RMA with store or Acer?

Greetings!

 

I recently built a new computer and chose the Acer H236HLbid monitor.  I received the monitor yesterday via Purolator (bough it from directcanada site).  Beautiful monitor except for a couple of white blobs showing up when light or white backgrounds are used.  This is fresh out of the box.  The blobs are too big and noticible to ignore and I am wondering if I should RMA to vendor or try to go to ACER for a replacement?  Sucks, finally finish my build and need to be without monitor for who knows how long again.....
