If you are using the W510, then timing is everything.

 

If not, then my reply perhaps won't be of any use for you.

 

You take screenshots by pressing the windows button on the tablet and volume down.

 

With a capacative button this may need some timíng and training.

 

Open up you picture folder, there should be a subfolder for screenshots. Perhaps that is created when you take your first screenshot, still open your picture folder.

 

If you press the capacitive windows button you will have a buzz and be sent into the start menu, the buzz comes when you remove your finger. When you remove your finger the button is activated.

 

So the simultaniously usage of the windows button and volume down is to be done when you remove the finger from the windows button. That is where timing and practice comes use.

 

A succesfull screenshot would dim the screen slightly for a split second and if you have opened your screen shot folder you will have instantly see the outcome of your practice session. No files, then no successfull tries.
