Cannot download drivers

At least you can download drivers.  For me, at home and at work (different computers and different browsers), I get "Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later." every time I search for a model or try to pick one from a list from http://acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers.  How are you doing it?

    I moved your post because it wasn't specifically related to the issue being discussed.

     

    As for your issues with getting to the drivers, I am receiving an error when I use the link you provided. I think (and I'm not an web developer so this is me just talking) is that it doesn't recognize what regional interface to load. if you hadd "us." infront of Acer, it loaded for me. If you go to us.acer.com, hover over support and then click on drivers and downloads "top left", you should be able to get to the page.

     

    I'm reporting this to our IT team because I'm sure you're not the only one that has had this trouble as the URL does resolve down to what you linked.
