Acer V7-582PG not recognizes the battery

Hi guys
I have the Acer V7-582PG with WIN10
The problem is that the battery does not charge. In the icons panel appears "0% and charging" for 2 seconds and after that the sistem shows NO BATTERY detected.
I have changed de battery but the problem persist.
If I try to upgrade the BIOS, the program ZRQ_230 ask for a minimum of 30% of charge in the battery.
So I cant run the program

any suggestion?

    Hello,

    1. Have you checked the output voltage (19VDC) of the AC adapter?
    2. Have you straightened lightly the contact springs of the DC-IN connector?

    Hello laurent

The laptop works fine with or without the battery.
I have checked the voltage of the pins for the battery plug directly from the motherboard.
This voltage goes from 8,3V for 12 seconds and then drops until 0,8V for 1 sec, then rises again to 8,3V. And repeat again

    Hello,

    1. Have you tried this:
      1. Shut down your laptop
      2. Disconnect the AC adapter
      3. Wait few minutes
      4. Follow this procedure
Note: The battery reset pinhole is marked with this symbol AC-BRP on the bottom of the laptop.
    2. And under Windows:

      1. Press Windows key+X and click on Device Manager
      2. Expand "Batteries"
      3. Select "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery"
      4. Right click and uninstall (Don't close Device Manager)
      5. Do the same thing with "Microsoft AC Adapter" (step 3 and 4)
      6. Click on "Action" and "Scan for hardware changes"
      7. "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" and "Microsoft AC Adapter" will automatically install
      8. Close Device Manager and make a charge test

I have completely the same problem after the replacement of a battery. Have same model V7-582PG. I bought the original Acer battery with the serial number and the Laptop does not see it. This is not a windows issue. I believe this is BIOS problem. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired.
New battery is fine. I have checked it. I have updated BIOS for the latest but it did not help.
