Invalid S/N and SNIP

Hi

 

I have recently purchased an Acer Aspire M5-581T(G) and have tried to access Acer Support, but found that the SNIP and S/N are both invalid and therefore cannot access support - to solve either the original problem or the fact that I cannot access support!

 

I have downloaded and installed the automatic retrieval application, but the self-derived SNIP and S/N are also invalid.

 

Could somebody from Acer Support help me resolve this please.
