Revo One - RL85 - Lost Sound without headphone jack connected!

Hello all.

I've had this Revo One for more than a year... great little box... I've been connecting to it remotely using either TeamViewer or Chrome Remote Desktop, and it has been performing fine, each and every time.

I've installed some software that take over the sound drivers and do their own thing with them, like XSplit Broadcasting, and still, everything is great... I connected remotely to the Revo One, and I could get all audio from it *WITHOUT* anything connected to its audio/speaker output.

I could still connect headphones to the Revo One, listen to them fine, disconnect them and still was able to listen to the Revo One sound when I would connect to it remotely at a later time.

Since the last time I connected headphones to the Revo One's headphone jack, I can now *ONLY* listen to Revo One's sounds (video, online youtube vids, etc,) *ONLY* if I connect headphones to it's audio jack. When I disconnect the headphones and connect to the Revo One remotely, I get no sound whatsoever.

I have uninstalled all software that use sound,  and uninstalled and  reinstalled the latest Realtek HD sound drivers twice.

When I bring up the Windows 10 sound mixer, I no longer see the Speakers - Realtek High Definition Audio device, like I used to do for the past year.

In the Playback Devices list, the Speakers - Realtek High Def Audio, unplugged -- is there and disabled and dark grey.

If I plug in headphones to the Revo One I will be able to hear sound, but for the past year I was able to  hear sound when remotely connecting to the Revo One *WITHOUT* anything being plugged in, in it's headphone jack.

How can I restore that functionality?  Please help!

Thank you for any help or suggestions.
