Is my CB3-111 dead?

I bought an Acer Certified Refurbished Acer Chromebook CB3-111-C8UB on Feb. 2.  After about a month or so, the CB3-111 started having random restarts, and sometimes refuses power on/charge.  Those behavior were very random.  I didn't know what caused it, nor when it would happen.  I sent a couple email messages to Acer Support on March 5, but did not receive any response.  Few days after that, the CB3-111 somehow returned back to normal.  Therefore I didn't follow up with the troubleshooting (and there wouldn't be anything to fix at the time).


That bring to the situation now.  The CB3-111 was still working fine yesterday.  Today, it would not power on at all.  When I tried to charge it, no light came on.  Nothing seems to wake it up.  On top of it, the 90 day warranty just ran out.

 

Does anybody know how to fix this?  Thanks!
