This monitor has a super thin bezel on the left/right/top but the picture is not actually displayed up to that edge - there's a black bar surrounding the picture on the left/right/top (red arrows drawn in)

This would make this a 26.75" monitor instead of 27". What gives Acer? The first link even shows marketing material showing the picture going to the very edge, which is obviously not true. I'm assuming this is normal and nothing is misconfigured as there's so many people reporting this issue.
This reminds me of the days of CRTs where we had deceptive marketing on size vs viewable area.
