XB271HU black screens during gaming

I got my new XB271HU yesterday. Stunning screen, but i have 2 issues.

First the specs. I'm running it with an HD7970 until i can get my hands on the new GTX1080 for G-Sync support. It's plugged in with this cable: http://www.manhattan-products.com/mini-displayport-monitor-cable6

It says in the specs that it exceeds DP 1.2  standards.

So my friest problem is sudden, less than one second black screens showing up randomly during gaming at 144Hz. On 60Hz it works perfectly. I've made 2 videos with my phone showing the problem:

Normal video, it does the black screen 8 times in 30 seconds.

Video from higher angle recorded with 4 times slow motion.

These flashing black screens show up around every 5-10 minutes and when it happens it does multiple ones in a row. After that everything is working fine for a while.

Someone said that the cable's website states "Supports 10.8 Gbps data rate" which is not enought in his opinion for 2560x1440x144Hz. I'm not an expert, I have no clue.

Also, my other problem is the monitor messes with the volume on my computer somehow. Have to mention i'm using a headset and have a soundcard in the PC. So I've disabled the monitor's sound in the Windows control panel's sound options and it still makes my sound barely audible when i start my computer. In order to have the normal level of volume coming from my headset i have to start up while the monitor is unplugged, and plug it in once the windows is on. If the monitor is plugged in when booting up, and i turn everything (headset's volume, windows volume and youtube's) volume to the max i can only barely hear it and it's distrorted even from the high volume settings.
