Hello, My Acer Aspire "AX3475 EF328" having troubles booting ( Is this the right model number)

Right now, the computer is running fine. However after a few days/weeks it will need a full restart do to some problem (Internet not working usually, sometimes just running slow)

So if I restart it or turn it off, It has a tough time booting up:

1. Acer will beep one time and won't load past acer screen.

or

2. Acer will beep two times and not load past acer screen.

I usually unplug everything and plug everything back in a few times and sometimes it boots, or leave it unplugged/off for a few days.

I don't understand the problem,

I am using it right now is there a way to check while I have access?

What is causing this problem?

Thank you.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay!

    2. Acer will beep two times and not load past acer screen.

Two short beeps: CMOS damaged.CMOS checksum error or CMOS battery loss occurs.

As you wrote: No, but I checked the voltage of the battery and it seems fine.

First I would replace the CMOS battery (certainly CR2032).

    I replaced the CMOS battery,

    It didn't work.

    It still has trouble booting....

I don't understand what is wrong, When it does boot it works fine... then I just leave it on sleep mode, even for weeks and it works for weeks...

The second it's shut down it doesn't start up...

    Hello,

If your desktop is equipped with two memory modules, I would try with only one and work few days like this.

    Hi,

If I take one memory module out, it still does the same thing... It won't boot...

I have tried both in either slot, and I tried a third stick I had laying around.

Can this PC run single channel?

No clue how to flash the BIOS.

I can't really boot the computer to restart it,

It won't boot from a flash drive becuase I can't change any settings as I can't get into BIOS.

Do I just need to buy a new PC?

    Yes lol.

I have no clue what is wrong with my computer,

I will stay away from AMD and Acer in the future.
