Hello, I bought Acer Predator G9-791 in January. At that time I upgraded the ram to 32 gigs.

The Main C: SSD seems very small to be being 128 only. Now I am deciding to upgrade my SSD to 512.

I have bought the

Samsung V-NAND SSD 950 PRO M.2 NVM Express

I was wondering if this is compatible to my predator. I am sure i read properly before i ordered, Just want to confirm. Thank you

If this is not compatible which one should i get ?

A response will be appreciated.

Yes, that will work. But if your upgrading your system SSD, your going to want to clone your existing drive to the new one.

If your laptop already has an SSD, its is equipped on the M.2 2280 slot. The 2nd slot is different. It is for SSD but M.2 22110.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
