New Refurbished Aspire E15 Windows 10 Wont Activate & Only has 28.5 GB instead of 500 GB

I just received the Aspire E15 today, and there are 2 major issues. First, it is supposed to have 500 GB and from what we can tell, it only has 28.5. The second is that windows 10 wont activate. I have tried to contact support at phone number and email, but i have not received any response. Need help ASAP!!

    It looks like the system got installed where the recovery should be. How hard is it to return it for exchange or refund? Where did you buy it?

    Uuuggghhh. I bought it from Acer Store on Amazon.

    Amazon is very good about returns. If you have to deal with Acer Store, send them a copy of the pic of the Disk Manager and tell them you have no Recovery and it won't start. You could tell them to send you a Recovery drive for free is you want to keep the laptop. The recovery drive would tale care of it, but I would ask for a replacement.

    You can try to create one, but I know it's not going to work.
