The repair facility said that they ran the moniter for 24 hours with no problem. It does not turn on when I plug it into a wall outlet.I called your customer support and talked to a supervisor. I to;d him that the moniter never turned on when I received it. He told me that I should have taken it back to Walmart. I explained that I purchased it in Ava, Missouri. I took it back to the Walmart in Mountain View, Missouri where I live They told me that I had to return it to the Ava. store. I was not going to drive 4 hours round trip to return a defective moniter. I tried to start a chat on your web site last night but the Cloud kept going down. The chat site sent me a message that they could not stay online after two minutes.I had a technician look at the moniter yesterday. He told me that it is a door stop. I spent $155.00 at Walmart and $40.00 to send it to the repair center. Your company refuses to stand by your product. I have lost $195.00 because off your customer service. I should get a postage paid label to return the defective one if you want it and a new one at no charge. It is not right to have such a horrible company do business in this country. I will complain to every customer website I can find. This way you will lose many potential customers and many sales.
