I turned my ES1-531 on this morning and after the Acer screen came up it went straight into Hibernation mode and I haven't a clue how to fix this problem. I've turned it on and off a couple of times but to no avail.

Remove the power cord. Turn it over. With a paper clip, gently press into the pinhole until you feel a click and hold for 5 seconds.Plug in and try to boot. Go to Power options/ Change Advanced power options and set hybernate settings to never.

Thanks but all sorted now. Phoned Acer and they told me to press Alt Gr and hold down while continually tapping F10 It took a little while but evenutally the log in screen came back. Was told it was a factory reset and I would lose everything but I'm happy to say everything was still there Smiley Happy
