USB ports not working

Both the USB ports on my Aspire ES11 don't seem to be working, I have done a full factory reset but still nothing, any ideas?

Go to Device Manager/Universal serial bus controllers and click the arrow. See if you have 2 host controllers.

With a factory reset, you set all the drivers back to what it had when it was new. Go to Acer and update any that are newer than what you have. I would update to the newest bios update too.

The usb ports should have been working after the recovery so you could have a hardware problem, but try the updates.
