I've just installed a new system fan cooler master 80mm fan, so far so good, runs quietly while gaming and idle,
went to BIOS SYSTEM and checked the RPM SPEED, I've noticed the CPU FAN SPEED is bad, 800+RPM, why is it runs so slow last compared to the SYSTEM FAN I bought?

    Hello,

The original cpu fans rotate at 4200~4500rpm (maximum speed). The smart fan or thermal module is set with these fans (PWM/CFM/T° - Regulating loop). You can change no values in the bios setup utility.

    E.g. basically:

Original fan: Full speed 4200rpm. PWM=35 ---> ~1470rpm and after few minutes  ~1245rpm.

New fan: Full speed 2000rpm. PWM=35 ---> ~700rpm and decrease lightly.

In this case, the cpu temperature increase quickly. Yes it is quiet but very dangerous. Check the temperatures with HWMonitor zipped version (no installation).
