My bluetooth KT-1252 keyboard repeats keystrokes. Exampleeeeeeee. Is that a driver issue or do I need new keyboard? The keyboard came new with the tablet about 2 years ago. My tablet is a Iconia W700 with Windows 10.  The problem arose about a month ago. I have to plug it in or turn it off and on to stop it repeating, but after awhile, it starts againnnnnnnnnnnnnn. I am about to buy a new keyboard but thought if it's a driver issue, then buying a keyboard is a waste of money. Any suggestions?

Sounds like it's a problem with the communication between the keyboard and the tablet, with the keyboard repeating the key because it thinks the tablet didn't 'hear' it. That could be due to a weak battery, especially since you say it goes away when you plug the keyboard in. Do some testing to verify everything works right when the keyboard is getting external power, then investigate the relative costs of a new battery vs. a new keyboard.

Thanks for the recommendation.  I shoud have continued with, once I plug it in, it works for awhile, but after 5 minutes or so, malfunctions as before.

Replacing the battery sounds like a cheaper solution, but not sure how to even get at the battery, let alone know where to purchase the battery. I saw a post earlier from a gent that said he went to a Chinese site, but cccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc (there it goes again, while being plugged in) couldn't naviagate the site well enough to order.

Or maybe I need to go to a computer shop for assistance.  I'll look into that as well. Thanks again for the input and I'll post my final solution.
