Why cannot I re-register my laptop after I unregistered it from under my old eMail account:

Hi:

 

I changed my ISP hence, I have a new eMail account; so when I tried to change my Acer ID, which is the old eMail account, I fount that it is not possible to do that. I found that I had to unregister my laptop (V3-575T-51Q8-CA) from under my old Acer ID (my old eMail); then I had to creat a new Acer Account using the new eMail and re-register my laptop (V3-575T-51Q8-CA) again under my new Acer ID (my new eMail).

 

It did not work and I kept getting an error with the date saying "the entered value should have the format mm/dd/yyyy". the dat I entered was 12/26/2015 as the purchase date.

 

I phones Acer and opend a ticket to change the eMail address on my warranty and resent the a copy of the invoice once again. Also, I was told that this will put my laptop under my new ID. It did not happen. So, I tried to do it again Today, however I kept getting the same error mentioned above for the Purchase Date.

 

Can you HELP, pleaase?
