So in order to reduced the dock disconnection i tried using this patch and then everything got screwed . The keybord refuses to work ( all keys do perform some other keys function like g gives 9 etc ),USB port works (2.0 in the dock) , mouse doesnt  and the SATA ( USB 3.0 ) doesnt detect. On inspection only a USB input shows error - code 10 device cannot start. Inspecting the hardware shows some driver error and Pnp error.

I tried reseting and refreshing but nothing works. The data is very valuable in th HDD .I need to recover it at least .

What should I do ? Need serious help

Worse case if you've got the firmware screwed up is you'll remove the drive from the keyboard and connect it to a different computer to get the data off. I doubt any measure of firmware hijinks will remove the data from the drive, only make it inaccessable through the normal method.

Hey man thanks for replying. I couldn't manage anything at all so I sent the dock for repair.
