mY ALL IN ONE HAS STOPPED WORKING At START UP, TRIED ALT KEY AND COMES UP TO WHERE WINDOWS SHOULD C

does not start up, tried suggestion of alt+Key which bring up windows start and then nothing happens. Has XP system.

 

Think it has malware, last time it worked I had downloaded a Zip file program and then small boxes started appearing over and over that when  click on said windows exploror'

Have you tried to use a System Restore point to roll it back prior to the point where this started happening?

 

You can use the recovery media you made after first starting the system to recover to factory defaults.
