jade z update and other problems

i get fail code 0001:503 when checking updates.The perfomance is poor. Meaning:

  • Transition from one app to another lasts "ages"
  • When someone is calling i don't have the oppurtunity to answer or not because the phone controls appear after 5 seconds or even more times
  • I don't mention the problem of not having my language because it is out of region!!! Europian languages should be installed as minimum. 

The press button for voice regulation is busted!!!! Total number of days in use 20!!!!!!!!!!

 

Any suggestions from ACER team?

    What build version are you running on your product? I want to determine if you have the latest build.

    Acer team,

    Now it is to late. I needed to have my phone sent to service. Now i have the latest build.

    The phone was 25 days "old", ACER fixed the "motherboard".

    My understanding of service is that 15 days you can return the phone if you don't like it, after that and until a specific timeline ie 45 days you are eligible to have a new phone if your phone found to be defective.

    Greek language was not installed although it is written on the box. Can i change EMUI version to include Greek language?

    Still i cannot connect to update server!!!

    I will live with my rebuilted/fixed phone, but i would like to have an optimal solution.

    Any suggestions for the language and the updates?

    I am not sure why the Greek language was not installed on the phone. Have you tried loading the Greek language pack off the play store? As far as the updates go, if you are on the latest build, it should show no updates when you search. Since you are getting an error, can you provide your build version? The builds may differ for each region, so I need the build version to look into this further.

    I found in internet that all EMEA_GEN1s installed SKU do not have greek language installed

    I was able to confirm that this specific model did not ship with the Greek language option. From what I can tell, you are running the latest build, so I do not see an update available. Exactly what problem are you having with the device now, other than getting an error when trying to update? How are you attempting to update the phone?

    i tried to update from the phone interface.

    Now, no problems are there since i had the phone fixed in the service.

    the perfomance is still poor for a 2015-2016 smartphone.

    Greek language is not in the system. Can i change the EMEA version to have Greek language or not?

    If you want to try loading a different image that contains Greek, you are free to do so. You can install any version you want on the phone, but we can only provide support for the version we ship on the phone.

    Sorry, but I can't provide instructions because we do not support this. I looked, but do not currently see the image you need posted on our site. I have sent a message requesting we add the image. I recommend checking back to our driver download site for the UK periodically, to see if the image has been posted. If I am notified when it is posted, I will update this thread. I am only sending a request to post the file. I am unable to guarantee that the version you need will be available for us to post.
