Acer V3-371 - can't replace components?

My laptop keyboard needs replacing just six weeks out of warranty.  The repair shop say my model is an early version of the V3-371 and has rivets so that you can't get into it to replace anything and that only later versions were changed so that you could.  Has anyone heard about this? Does anyone know if there's any way I can get into it or is it just a case of a new laptop?  Thanks.

    Hello,

Yes your keyboard is welded by ultrasonic (see the picture of this keyboard).

Do you have a white or black model?

Thanks for the reply, Laurent-14.  Sorry, I didn't get back to you before but have been computerless.  It's a white model and you're right it's welded and nothing can be done.  I've given it to my parents to replace their 10 year old desktop with an external keyboard plugged in so their happy at least!  Thanks again.
