I Registered an Aspire 7736Z-4088 Part # LXPJB02137 on 03/22/2010. I can't find it in ACER system.

When I Registered my Aspire 7736Z-4088 Serial # LXPJB02137*** I set up my Account using:

Email address:  ***

Password: ***

 

Using those credentials, I couldn't log into yesterday and had to set up the new Account:

Username: ***

Password:  ***!

 I still had no success in reaching my registered Aspire 7736Z-4088 nor would the Acer System accept me registering it again.  The system told me this Serial Number was already registered but it doesn't appear in my Account.  What should I do?

    I requested that the serial number be deleted from our product registration database. Once it is deleted, you should be able to register it again. I recommend trying back next Wednesday to see if it will let you register.

    I'll try on Wednesday to re-register my Aspire.

    I followed the advice of agent Acer-Blayn to try re-registering my Aspire 7736Z-4088 today and was successful in re-registering it but the Acer System registered it as:  Model 7736Z-4433MN   instead of:  Model 7736Z-4088.  There was no problem re-registering the Serial Number ...just the problem with the Model number.   I hope this doesn't cause me another problem in the future should I need information/documentation on Model 7736Z-4088.
