Predator G3-710 keyboard failure at boot

Hi everyone

I have had my G3-710 4 months and loving it so far, until today.

Today I have got  keyboard failures at boot up on my predator keyboard and the keyboard does not light up.  I have tried all the usb slots and it makes no difference.  If I continued to Windows it did light up, but now doesn't even do that.  I have plugged in a spare and that works on all ports.

Is there any way I can definitively confirm it is a keyboard failure before I go through the trouble of sending it back to Acer?

Cheers

James

Connect your Predator keyboard to another PC and check if it gives you error too (BIOS must be set to halt on keyboard error)

    I'm not an Acer employee.

    Thanks IronFly

I confirmed it wouldn't work on another PC and took it back to PC World who replaced it for me.

    Thanks
