V3-771G VA70 Black Screen Startup

Hi,

 

Not sure where else to turn without having to go and pay for someone to inspect/repair. 

 

Recently dropped my laptop, fine except it cant detect when the lid is open/closed. Doesnt bother me too much.

 

However upon start up occasionaly the screen will go black straight away, no acer boot screen or anything and it takes me god knows how many times of pulling the battery out while on , turning it on/off , removing the battery and holding the power button etc till it turns on properly again and boots up.

 

Any advice or guidance?

Hopefuly its just a connection knocked loose, but you're going to have to have someone open it.
