Right click the speaker icon in the Taskbar and select 'Playback Devices'.  Left click the default device once to highlight it ( it's usually 'speakers & headphones' ) then click the Properties button.  Click the Enhancements tab and put a tick in the box next to 'Loudness Equalization'.  Click Apply to save the change and then click OK in all remaining windows and see if this has helped at all.

Thank you for your prompt answer, I have tried this previous to asking for help and did find the speakers did work somewhat better with all of the boxes unchecked, I also contacted the Geek Buddy's and they said it was probably a manufactures issue. Thanks again Philetus

if your laptop has Dolby software, turn it off and then ON, someone it's OFF even if enabled.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
