A3-A10 TABLET BOOTLOOPING How do I repair this.

Acer A3-A1O bOOTLOOPING is this a software or hardware problem and how do I repair, Tablet 6months old still in warranty but would like not to have to send away to Acer as so many things disappear in the post now.

PS DISABLED IN ACCIDENT DID hnc in computing and repair apple and other pcs and computers ect as a hobby.
