why is it taking so long to download updates for windows 10

    Depends on too many factors to give you a definitive answer... Are other things on the network going fast? Have you installed updates recently? Did Microsoft just do one of their big update dumps? Windows 10 gets updates on a monthly basis that are larger than normal so you might be just getting that, or you might be doing the really big update that came out a while ago if you haven't done updates recently.

    Thank you. I've just bought a new aver aspire one and am having trouble sending and receiving emails. It keeps saying my accounts aren't synced. Have pressed the sync button and it looks like it's trying to sync but nothing changes, it still says account not synced. I read somewhere that I might need to updat Windows 10 so that's what I've tried to do. It took hours and hours to get to 90% but got stuck there.

    Which email client are you using? Typically that type of error means you either have the wrong server entered, the wrong port numbers for that server or the wrong password for the account.
