    Hello,

First you have to make a test without the HDD (remove it) and work with the new SSD for few days. This allows to see if the new installation works correctly.

As told you before, I am a naive customer.

I gave the computer to an "expert" indicated by Amazon and I was extremely disappointed with services they done.

That's why this time I am willing to do things by myself.

At first beginning I was under the impressions that, in order to avoiding touch the hardware, I had to do :

    1. Record in a DVD ROM a factory recovery of my HDD, actual main drive of the computer ( Drive C ).
    2. Move and download the same factory recover from DVD ROM to the SSD

( Is it possible to clone directly the HDD to SSD through software ? )

    1. Go to BIOS ( where in Windows 10 ) and, strictly in accordance with your guidance, customize in my BIOS the SSD as my main storage ( drive C ) and HDD as second drive ( Drive D )
    2. Format HDD now as Drive D.

The main reason for me to follow above line of action is to avoid touching the hardware, which will free me to go to so called "experts ".

Are you able to find a solution for me which allow me not touch the hardware , please ??

    Rgds

    Solon

    Correct me.

As I could not find any factory recover in the whole menu, can I replace it by Disk Image of drive C ???
