E5-571-503Y not starting up

So I'm having a problem starting my Acer Aspire E15 E5-571-503Y

 

Here is what happens when I try to turn it on:

When the charger is plugged, the orange light is on. When I press power button charging light goes off and nothing happens. No other lights goes on and screen stays black.

 

If the charging cable is not connected and I press power button, blue light turns on and off with like 1 second interval - screen remains black.

 

I tried to start with another battery (we have two similar laptops) and same problem occurs.

 

I've been trying to search solutions from this and other forums with no luck so far.

You could try removing one memory module and check them individually, one of them could be faulty.
