We've tried all the easy ways of trying to unlock the bios password. The only other reliable and safe way to do this is to physically remove the bios button or coin cell battery (also called a CMOS battery)  from the mainboard that keeps the bios password active. Accordingly, you must disassemble the netbook to access this battery.

For instructions on how to do this, Google the terms "d250", "disassembly" and "youtube". Follow one of the videos to tearing down the netbook. It's not that difficult. One of the contacts to the bios coin battery might have to be de-soldered if not attached by tiny screws. Use a small fine-tip soldering iron to do this. The coin battery should be disconnected for several minutes while also shorting the two contacts on the board with a wire. This should re-set the bios to a default state and de-activate the password.

    Good luck and report back.
