Styllus of any kind is not detected by my new Iconia One 8 B1-810, but I can use my finger fine.

I recently purchased an Iconia One 8 B1-810 because of all the reviews and demonstrations indicating almost anything can be used as a relatively precise drawing tool. My daughters love art and were really looking forward to this particular feature, but I have yet to find anything that the tablet will recognize. I can draw fine with my finger, but pens, pencils and even styllus from other devices only tend to distort the screen from pressure. They won't draw, select options or anything. Nothing has indicated I have to choose some setting for a styllus to work and there is no mention of the advantage of the no-gap screen in the manual. Does this particular model not come with Acer Precision Plus? Or how do I use this feature? Please help as this is the ONLY reason we chose this particular tablet and are currently very disappointed.

I'm not positive, since Ihaven't played with one in the flesh, but I was under the impression any capacitive stylus will work fine. They are the ones with either the larger rubber tip or the flat clear tip. The active stylus models with the fine tip will not work. I'm sure I'll be quickly corrected if I don't have it right.
