Z630 DUO issue

Hi all,

 

I recently bought a Z630 duo sim slot. 3 weeks old

It seems to have two issues

 

After using the WIFI for some time it stops, i.e. Webpages get not loaded, The playstore can´t connect. Generally all network traffic through WIFI is dead, though other devices have no problems with my accesspoint. Switching WIFI Off and On again on the phone resolves it for a while until it repeats again.

 

Secondly the phone looses connection to my serviceprovider, though this is not noticable. Phoning my mobile results in a direct patch through to my voicemail, as if my phone was switched off, which it is not. When I try to make a call the Dialer app reacts normally and dials the number but no dialingtones, it is just silent. Switching the SIM card off and on, resolves the problem. However since it cannot be noticed, sometimes I am unreachable for hours

 

Does anyone recognize this, and perhaps have a solution?
