Aspire Switch 10 keyboard and disk disconnect on every movement

Hello,

 

I have the following problem:

My keyboard and disk disconnect. The disconnect happens in these three cases:

1. I move the device (either I pick it up and move it to a different location, or when i just move it on the desk with 5cm);

2. I regulate the angle between the keyboard and the tablet;

3. I use the touch screen while on dock. This movement causes the dosking to disconnect.

 

It is not disconnecting if it is static - no movement at all.

You can try cleaning the contacts where the tablet connects to the keyboard dock. If that doesn't resolve your issue, I suggest contacting technical support in your region to inquire about repair.
