Hi --

I have a T272hl monitor and it works perfectly so, decided to add a T232hl to my system as a second monitor. When I did so earlier today, it turned on and looks great, except, when I touch the T232hl, the T272hl responds, not the T232hl monitor.  It is as if the computer thinks I am touching the T272hl

 and not the T232hl itself.

I have the 1st monitor as the T272hl and the T232hl as my 2nd monitor.  The 1st monitor is set to extend display.  Overall, not sure why my touching the T232hl would affect the T272hl monitor.

I have disconnected and reapplied the USB.  Used two diff USB cables.  Not sure what else to do?

Suggestions, please?  Thank you.

UPDATE:  Its been a few days and no one from Acer Support has offered any assistance yet.  What gives?

MY CONCLUSION: The T232hl touch works great as an individual main monitor only.  Touch DOES NOT WORK on this monitor when my main monitor (T272hl) is active.  So, of two touch monitors, only one can work at a time which is not my desired workflow at all.

    Hey,

I know this thread is closed, but the answere is not perfect. I have foud a way to use the T232HL as a second touchscreen (beside a other touchscreen)

    From https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-hardware/how-can-i-get-touch-input-from-the-secondary/15218c9c-73e8-49bd-b75c-9485391a2e17:

You need to find Tablet PC Settings in Control Panel (use control panel search to find it), and then use the "calibrate" setting to identify the two screens.

I use Windows 10 and there ist at the old System Control Panel a "Tablet PC Settings". There is the Button at the Top "SetUp" (not "calibrate" like at the ref-post) . At this setup, i can map my monitores to a touch input - this works really great, make sure you follow the instructions perfectly.

Greetings, i hope, this comes not too late.
