You shouldn't have to mess with the bios for that, but manually set the monitor to the port that you are using on the new card (ie: vga, display port, hdmi, dvi ect) and see if that works.  Sometimes when I swap cards I have this issue until a few reboots (its like the PC is used to the port you use on the old card or something haha).

Also, make sure you have all of the power plugs plugged in (I'm sure you do) as a video card with insufficient power won't display anything.  However, with that card I don't see you have any power issues depending on the size of the PSU that you have in that tower (I'm sure it's more than enough).

Another thing you can dry is a different cable, like if you usually use a dvi, try a vga or something if you can.  Todays dvi seems to work better, but I remember back when it wouldn't work until I was in windows before my PC would always boot to the dvi port (odd I know, but it was an issue at one point).

Let me know if you figured anything out or not, I'll try to think of a few other things to try if nothing else is working yet.
