Aspire ES 11 having multiple problems, please read, cannot contact support

1. Cannot connect to wifi propely through one wall

The laptop can connect to the wifi and displays it as having "excellent" strength, but with minor obstructions in the way of the router, it connects and disconnects randomly. This problem does not persist on any of my other devices.

 

2. SNID not registered?

I tried to contact support by e-mail by entering my SNID, but it doesn't work.

I bought this laptop brand new at christmas.

    Have you tried resetting your modem and/or router? You may try unplugging them, then plugging them back in after about 10 seconds. 

     

    Have you tried connecting your computer to another network? 

     

    Your computer hardware is most likely working since you can see the network strength as excellent. You may need to adjust your router configuration and security settings to get the computer to connect.
