XB270H horizontal lines on certain colours (Honestly don't know how to describe it)

Hi,

I've since built a new machine but kept the same monitor, XB270H, still windows 10, same graphics card (gtx 970) but this time it's like the horizontal part of the resolution is running at half or something.

On a lot of colours, blues, reds, I can see horizontal lines every couple of milimeters.

Seems to do it on solid colours, photos, etc. and I never saw it before I built the new machine.

I can't take a screenshot because as when I do it looks perfect on a mac so only I can see these - if I take a photo you just see pixels and the lines don't show.

Tried with generic pnp monitor drivers that windows prefers, also with the windows 8 x64 drivers installed in unsigned mode (seriously acer, sort it out). Neither make a difference.

Really odd.

It's in 60hz, 144hz, g-sync or not mode. They're always there. Once you see them you can't not notice them!

Anyone think of any setting I've got wrong? I dont think the panels faulty.

Cheers

Ian

Long story short is I had the same issue.  RMAed my monitor and now have a different issue.  I hope yours goes better.
