I have had an upgrade take over 6 hours before. I'd leave it overnight. The problem is that few new machines have a disk activity indicator to tell you if anything is happening.

The recovery DVDs are available from Acer Support, via the website in the United States, or directly in other countries.

Can also use the built in software to save a system image and to creade a recovery drive (cannot be on same disk).

Thanks for your obvious answers... but the reson I am asking is cause i had a stuck on windows 10 update at 53% for 1 1/2 hours so I force reboot it and then I had a loop reboot and message saying the file system is corrupted also the recovery didn't helped. So 1 I know about the making of recovery media but I don't have it. 2 I am asking for a help and how to solve it 3 the windows have to sell with the device 4 I can't find any solution here or via acer 5 there are not any images to be downloaded. Thanks for your time...

The easiest solution is to purchase the recovery media from Acer and do a rebuild from that. Which OS did you have before starting the upgrade? You might be able to do a repair install from a Windows disk, then restart the upgrade (many times the upgrades will take quite a bit longer than 1 1/2 hours).

my questions was if anyone could share a restoration img it's easy with acronis boot cd (usb) or to make one with the internal app from Acer. The other ways etc just take one from Acer or make a restore from recovery are not solutions from experts are solutions from people thathat they don't now how the things are done.  Finally I did a normal format from usb otg and I reinstall the windows home x86 after that I downloaded the drivers from acres (it's aio package) and I left the uefi partition. My windows are activated legally and my setup is more stable and fast. The only thing I missed by this way is the restoration from the recovery menu.... (if I will need for a restoration I will make a clean reinstall by formating again )

What you will need is an otg a usb hub a usb flash drive with Bootable windows home 10 x86 (use Microsoft media creation ) edit bios by F2 (use keyboard ) secure boot disabled. ... boot from the flash flas ... format recovery partition an c:\ and you are done (free as always )
