First and foremost. Before the update from 8.1 to windows 10, my laptop worked like a charm, aside from high gaming temps, it was working fine. After the update i seem to find errors in my graphic card, namely the intel hd. I had also done updating(manually and automatically) all the drivers including the bios for my nitro( dled from acer website and nvidia and intel sites and reinstalling them and observing), and sadly the problem still persists. AFter a day or so of usage i find my nitro completely frozen, (control+alt+dlte) doesn't work and the only button that works is the power button which turns off the screen. Aside from that my only fix for this issue is to do a hard reset. Does anyone have any alternative for this? aside from the hard reset and the clean install suggestions? solutions are always appreciated. Thanks

As you have mentioned that there is some issue with your graphics card, this can be causing the trouble. As the issue persists even after updating BIOS and drivers, you are advised to contact nearest Acer service center using the link below to check if there is any hardware issue with your graphics card or other components:

    Hope this will help you.
