How do I download Outlook address book (phone numbers etc.) to a Z520 on Android 4.4.2?

Simple question ..... can't find any mention of this in the phone documentation.

I have lots of contact who are in Outlook 2013 - how can I import them into my new phone?

I also have most of them in an Excel spreadsheet - so I could import from there alternatively?

you can try to export your address book to a CSV file and then import to Google contacts:
