Hi,

I am encountering a severe issue with Windows 10 on my computer.

My Acer predator 15 is stuck into boot loop after some time using it. I
I have had that problem once and had to reset windows 10 with factory settings (the store where I bought it did that)

Today, that is 1 week later, the same problem happens again and I haven't installed anything on the c drive. Computer was shut down every evening but today when I booted it, It went into a loop.

Booting from a Bootable DVD I made with that computer did not solve the issue.

What is there to do except returning that computer?
The hardware is great but I have concerns with Windows 10 compatability...

Thank you for your help

a boot loop can be caused by many factors, even a bad SSD or HDD.

honestly i would contact Acer support service or your seller to have a complete check.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
  • Could you try to describe it more detailed? Exactly at what point did the loop begin? Does the windows repair start after reboot? Can you boot in windows save mode? If the reboot comes early without any windows screen, try to start by pressing the power button and just after starting, you press the button again and hold it (up to 20 seconds) until it shuts down. Then try it again with starting. Maybe it works? This notebook shouldn't have any problems with win10. Win10 is a problem (in my persoal opinion). cheers steve
